ICD – 10 for Physicians – 1.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit. ™ in medical ethics and/or professional responsibility.
ICD-10 is a system of translating diagnoses and procedures into unique codes. The transition for physicians doesn’t mean they have to be coders. It does mean they need to document with greater specificity. ICD-10 offers to optimize reimbursement, minimize denials and appeals, and improve clinical care through more detailed data.
This course will serve as an easily accessible education tool to assist in making the change to ICD-10.
